The mobile number you provide may be used to send you text messages pertaining to the club. If you do not wish to receive such messages, you can change your settings through the MemberPlanet website.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is kept by MemberPlanet or paypal via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into their Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and the club doesn’t have access to this information.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) are not kept on file by the Club.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We use a third party web based membership database company, MemberPlanet who will have access to your name, address and other confidential information which is keep in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Terms and Conditions
Membership in the club is for a one year period and the price is determined by the Executive Committee. All rights of membership are detailed in the bylaws.
